Isekai is translated as "different world", it's a subgenre of fantasy, it consists on a normal human being, for whatever reason, transported in another world.
The one who tagged this story isekai whether was a troll or doesn't know either what it means...
Fantasy/Transported to another world. Can mean a modern person in fantasy world or someone from fantasy/demon/heaven in normal world
