This is bad, this is a fucking betrayal, an awful troll, like a bunch of ideas were thrown in but NOTHING was EVER developed or explained.
What's with the dream thing, even the dialogues are inconsistent about it. Are they real or not? Heeyeon learnt Cha seokju's name in a dream but the dude never actually told him, remembered telling him in a dream and wasn't even startled by the fact that he knows it.
And Heeyeon himself saying they're real but at the same time they're not but sometimes he wonders if they're real or not but then some dream inducer fap material dude pops out of nowhere knowing about them so they might be real but.... Whaaaaat???
The almighty sanjoong's Kang Seongjun knew everything about the dreams and mentioned them several times and you're not going to explain?
And wtf is going on with Heeyeon's family? SEonjun was in love with Heeyeon's father, got rejected while asked to take care of the upcoming baby, and spent his life raising... Inhu???? Inhu who was adopted and supposedly not blood related to any of this family...???
Hey now there's just too much like this, like nothing makes sense. The fun and immersion disappeared under the pile of unexplained nonsenses.
And that ending is absolutely unacceptable, as if somebody started to realize that this shit wasn't going anywhere and contradicted itself one chapter after another and said okay stop it now, nothing can be salvaged so let's put an end to this,
Here comes the traumatic 1980's magical girl's drama truck and poof, we'll burry the corpse of the plot under some smutty sides.
(Sorry only gen x and y will know about the truck, rip Gigi)
ANYWAY!
This was shit. An upside down floating diarrhea covered in poisonous glitters. Wtf.

Was this written by 2 different people? The discrepancy! What happened between season 1 and 2?
Well first, if you're here for a love story, you picked the wrong book, there's not a single trace of a shadow of a dust of love in here.
If you want an interesting story, stop after season 1 and never come back.
If you re here for violent sex everywhere for no reason, a plot well thought but badly unraveled, no antagonists, elements so obviously forgotten along the way that the author even added an extra chapter after their little epilogue to justify one of them, and once again, no real characters but tools that all disappear one by one until the mc and ml are the only one left in the world, YEP, this is what you came for!
I can't believe some editor somewhere thought "yes, that's good shit, we can sell this" lol.
Now listen.
The MC here is stuck in an endless cycle of obsession, lies, perversion and violence that he is repeating voluntarily himself and dragging in basically anyone who dares to breathe in 2 meters radius around him.
The only victim in this book is us, readers.
And the ending is so stupid that I feel like vomiting of frustration.
Even though there was a good way to end it, and I really believed it was where it was headed! The author just had to throw these two pieces of shit in the raging ocean on that hollow and stormy night, puting an end to that dumb perverted loop and concluding that it was the only good and logical ending for this succession of schemes that ruined dozens of people and lives (and even ended some along the way)!
But nooooo. Nononono. They just move and I guess live happily ever after as if it was just a long journey to get there but it was worth the struggle and... Fucking assassinations lol. Ohhh whatever let s sex and live happy.
Season 1 was well written and interesting, and I couldn't fall asleep, I just had to keep reading to understand wtf was going on and how Jinha! Turned into such a mess.
Well well well. Season 2 certainly explained it, huh. It's actually all that season did, like a kid explaining a formula in their homework. The mysteries were explained with flashback flashback flashback flashback flashback, not a single effort to keep the thrill going, as if another author was given a post note season 1 events with the task of explaining it but no obligation to preserve the heavy atmosphere.
Jinha, Jinseo and their parents are fucked up blind obsessive pieces of shit, won and his whole family are arrogant obsessive scheming pieces of shit, the nameless tutor was a perverted obsessive worthless piece of shit and this story is stupidly sticking them together with some shit and cum.
The ring thing is2g, I burst out laughing when I tapped next after the epilogue and saw the extra chapter to explain it be cause heh, let's be real... They totally forgot lol. There's no other reason as to why it would just come in a single chapter after the fucking epilogue lol.
They also forgot about Jinseo. Dude just dives into madness, slowly lost his mind and tried to kill his innocent little brother, then on a sunny morning without any further questions, killed himself.
How, why, wtf triggered it? Mehh let's sex the litle bro now, people wont ask.
The Cha parents just disappeared after fulfilling their purpose of being shits who only cared about one of their sons.
The Seo father just popped in one chapter to quickly justify to his pedo son how his pedo tutor disappeared when his obviously obsessive nature would have drove him wild after being beaten up.
And finally, the money.
The author was so focused on including random violent sex scenes everywhere that they forgot that humans need money to live. The Seo father quickly dropped that his son writes for a living when won never even just hold a pen in the whole book and is so busy scheming that he wouldn't have the time anyways lol.
Well, it was bad.
A bad story badly written with bad characters and an awfully impossible and unacceptable little happy ending where nothing was solved.
Rip my night.

I find it nice and funny to actually see what people might think under peer pressure, it's not a thing I've ever endured so I don't really understand it, reading thoughts about it kinda makes it clearer (admitting that it's how it really is, but it seemed credible).
I kinda like Noa's sassy personality too, she acts bitchy but is actually a nice and strong kid.
The art was beautiful and translation is good.
Sweet story.

....and started reading this incomplete book because I was confused at the fandom hype and mangago readers hate.
....well I'm still confused!
I'm even more confused!
I don't really understand where the hype comes from
_my wild guess is that it mainly comes from young "readers" who come for the smut_
And I absolutely don't understand why so much hate
_ my wild guess is that it comes from "readers" who don't read and just judge based on their prejudice _
This was actually really interesting and well written!
Not sure where this is going and I hope the author will keep up the good work and not rush shit the lazy way, because so far the depiction of the protagonists mental states is really good even though the plot is quite, uh, slim to say the least.
I've been wondering for +70 chapters how in Hell Jaekyung became such self centered obsessive competitive piece of shit, and now it makes sense how this idiot wasn't able to understand emotions that he actually never encountered, be it passively nor actively,
And it also make it admirable how he managed to focus on something less harmful and more productive than the rare adults hovering around him despite his obsessive nature.
On the other hand, I feel less sympathy for Dan who is also incredibly self centered but can't seem to focus on more than one thing and always exclusively about him.
The grandmother especially.
Mine also died of cancer but unlike him, my family cut all contacts between her and I, and the only info I managed to get is when I was 15, that she was diagnosed with cancer, at 16 that she died, and at 17 that my mom, aunt's and uncles were fighting over inheritance (isn't my family great?). I still don't knowat +40 if she's been buried or cremated or whatever.
But Dan has been raised with love by his grandma and nobody is in the way, he should be taking care of her so that SHE spends the rest of her life comfortably and safe, but it's always about him.
how he struggles with money, then how he's scared of her dying, then how he's in love with the final boss of assholes, then how his feeling weren't reciprocated, then now how he's hurt and sad.
And once again, communication is not an option.
He's always taking care of everybody thinking only about himself, and managed to make himself sick with his obsessiveness, while his grandmother (and literally every one around him btw)is worried sick seeing him trapping himself in this self-destructive cycle.
Now I hope the plot (the whole sabotaging Jaekyung scheme) will be less backgrounding in the upcoming chapters.
Anyway, it's interesting.

IM confused on how you think Kim Dan is the selfish one when all he’s literally done throughout this entire story is for his grandma and later, for Jaekyung Also, I guess I agree that it is admirable that Jaekyung became a boxer instead of a mobster, but he’s the most self centered, violent individual in this entire story… but i digress. From: a “reader” who spend the past couple of days reading everything with an open mind before coming to conclusions (also I have been reading BL since I was 12 and I am 25 now so I can agree with you that it is well written, but the plot is pretty bland)

No problem, and I understand that I can be ... Misunderstood. But look, Kim Dan is really incredibly self centered, as much as Jaekyung, in the sense where all he thinks about is himself, even while taking care of others. Especially about his grandma, I don't know how you call it in English but in french, it's called acharnement thérapeutique, he should have chosen what was best for her, she is already an old and tired lady and wasn't doing good with chemotherapy but all he had in mind was that he didn't want to be alone, tbh it quite upset me when I realized.
His life explains why he is this way just like Jaekyung s back story explains how he became a walking a red flag, but in both cases it doesn't excuse it.
And yea the plot is really light, which makes me expect more of it later... It's so light that it's gotta be bright at least lol

... I wouldn't.
Not sure how to organize my thoughts about this, so I'm gonna try somehow ... Chronologically?
Mr Kim and Mr Cha are what I think made me like the story .
The part I hate the most is when they disappeared.
Season 1 and 2 were good, really interesting.
I totally binged read them.
Season 3 was hard to read and I reaaaaally slowed down.
I liked how In seob was determined though unsure of his own feelings, and I also liked the major asshole wooyeon, their actions and schemes suited their characters. I was cheering for Inseob and I loved hating wooyeon.
But got cold feet at season 3. The constant rape disgusted me and seeing Inseob drowning in his stinky and slimy delusion of love felt incoherent and kinda ruined my immersion.
Wooyeon becoming more and more obsessive was okay and quite logic given his mental state, but the absence of consequences + Inseob reversed behavior made it look forced, he was fucking raped at every occasions yet was still going " ahhh if only he could love meeeeee nienienienie" ughhhhh if I could teleport in a book like that new trendy yaoi topic I would have headbutted him.
And that last rape scene, where he finally had the only logic reaction that was oddly missing since the beginning of season 3... A few minutes later he just forgets and goes for a whole magically honeyed sex like nothing happened just because wooyeon broke down.
I'm also very bothered at the fact that wooyeon never went to a therapist after all that, like he was cured by the magic of love...
My suspension of disbelief was badly bullied with this final season.
I'm not really pleased at how vulgar gay wooyeon is compared to womanizer wooyeon. Just fuck and shut up at some point emptying your balls is not supposed to come with vocalization of your whole perverted vocabularies dude.
In conclusion, I wish Mr Kim and Mr Cha didn't run away from season 3 with what made this story interesting. It got better as sonn as they reappeared.
And the angry sex thing is outdated, stop it. Men don't get hard from being upset (thank God).
The art was good.
Lots of typos. Now we gotta sell shit, quality is secondary as long as people buy.
And still, +40 chapters to kill him, really? When the story literally starts with the mother's death???
And it was so disappointingly flat, he deserved to live 50 more years disabled tied up in a basement raped daily with a porcupine while watching his son succeed and the servant being set free.
Okay that's not what the author chose, but then no consequences at all?
I mean, even though that colossal piece of shit deserved a thousand times worst, they still killed a man, and even fucked the policeman's son just because he was actually (for once!!) doing his fucking job, and even doing it well. That rushed and incoherent ending made the story boring and pointless.
