It was a cool and sweet story with a unique plot, context and characters.
To think that I almost dropped it because the immersion was ruined at every little commentary from the translator! It would have been a waste.
The story was very okay, the sides were ... Well half of the sides are sex chapters so .. depends on the reader I guess.
I'd still like to thank the author and artist for not drawing the kids having sex though .
Dimitri was a very pitiful and endearing character, the story didn't go the easy way to make him a little love arc that would have minimized the impact of the plot and I loved it, and I hope the technology in their era worked hard on washing machines because his sheets certainly had it hard with his rejection lol.

I had to deal with my parents fucking for my entire childhood, from before I knew what was going on and when I learned it, it didn't even shock me, I just found it unpleasant and still do at +40.
I wonder if my approach of sex would have been different if my parents had the courtesy to not fuck loudly in the same room I was supposed to be sleeping in before I could even understand what they were doing ...
The 2nd couple makes me very uncomfortable and made me remember things I'd rather not.

I ain't no psychiatrist so I can't just stick the "trauma" tag on it, but this being a situation I experienced, I can at least (for me) say that it left a mark, and not a beautiful one if you know what I mean.
And this being turned into some kind of caricature feels gross to me. I skimmed through the comment section and it seems that for once, I'm not the weird one (which somewhat comforts me lol)

But I feel like I would have enjoyed it 100 times better if I actually understood how baseball works.
Still 2 more things prevent me from max rating it:
*The smut
It came out of nowhere for no reason, and season 2 literally starts with a sex scene that didn't even happen chronologically. That wAsnt necessary.
* The whole smell thing.
It seemed important for the plot but gradually disappeared, just to pop here and there in the dialogues but in the end, it was also unnecessary and almost forgotten...
The art was okay, translation too, but this book is, objectively, pretty mid as whole, especially if you don't know a thing about baseball.
It wasn't as well done as* haikyu (anime) where you learn along the terms and rules of volleyball so it was confusing, some might even find it boring.
Ah there's also one thing that disturbs me a lot about school life stories, if anybody could enlighten me I'd be grateful:
Why do these kids live like ADULTS???
Wouldn't be more logic and efficient to just draw and write about adults if you're going to depict the characters as such?
Seeing these 15 yo kids living alone, without any rules, parents and basic safe child environment makes me very uneasy.

And I wasn't deceived lol
This doesn't even deserve the 5.0 it has, it's so amateurish I have no words. Just like this shit that has nothing to say.
Actually this is almost amazing how they managed to fuck everything up.
The art is a fail,
shading is a fail,
(no)plot is a fail,
context is failed too,
the characters are as ugly, disproportionate and stupid as uninteresting,
it starts nowhere and goes nowhere...
this is the epitome of pointless.
Wanting to draw your weird porn fantasies for yourself is okay, but keep it private...

Whelp I'd like to go back on my first opinion.
I was really frustrated with how short it is and wished this was longer.
Now that I'm around my 40th reread, I'm starting to think it's actually the perfect length.
I come back here every time I get too annoyed at reading shit with nonsensical endings, despicable characters, nonexistent plot or reader friendly porn disguised as "yaoi", and this heals my hurt brain and heart, I love how they really are depicted as kids, act like kids, think like kids and... Basically how they look their age, they are hilariously pure and consistent.
Even I think it is too much but this may be my absolute favorite manhwa.
If you guys got recommendations of things with the same vibe, even if it's not BL(I actually prefer bromance than actual romance)
feel free to drop them here.
Thank you.

Everybody mentioning the rape, the fist, but the disappearance of the plot and interspecies sex is okay, huh.
That's...
... That was hard to read. I at least expected the nameless dude to stab and eat the fish, but nope. Let's become something else and go live happily ever after with the double dicked giant rapist fish, yay.

Way too much sex and not enough actually happening in this.
Not asking for pure drama but I feel like out of 83 chapters, 54 were just sex (it's just how I feel huh, there weren't that many... Probably.) So yeah... It was pretty boring.
The 1st season was better and it kind shocked me how the mothers in the hospital suddenly became some kind of background item when the couple was formed, and just popped here and there to pause the sex season (seriously season 2... Ugh)
The art is good. But the whole story would have been better shorter.

Cheap-but appropriate-art, cheap "story", cheap characters, basically a cheap waste of time.
Yes! I read it!
That's how I know that it sucks and I don't like it!
So please don't come at me with your usual " wHy DiD yOu ReAd If YoU HaTe It So MuUuUuUcH"
-yes Sofia, I'm looking at you right now-
I don't like it BECAUSE I read it, that's how it works, you don't dislike a book that you haven't read yet okay?
Anyway, this one gets a glorious 0 star from me. Might be the longest 5chapters shit I've ever read, and it even seems incomplete... But not for me. I've seen more than enough.
Can't believe mangago tagged it "romance" lol where! Where exactly was the romance in this xD those tags I swear...
That pussy was nightmarish is2g
Too bad it's just plain porn, it seemed funny.
