This is a great manga but I don't want some poor souls who looking for some "yaoi" might get a trauma from reading this manga. And also, it might reduce the biasness on the rating. I guess the dislikeness this manga recieve from mangago readers is caused by the assumption that this manga would have similar vibe to Killing Stalking.

It is tagged as Drama / Horror / Psychological / Yaoi exactly in that order and these tags are exactly correct. Yaoi tags is there for those who don't want to read yaoi. There are enough warnings already in descriptions so no complaining! ヾ(☆▽☆)
I mean for those who doesn't want to see m/m sex which is why it has yaoi tag
But I still think it's a bit misleading using yaoi as the genre tag because I found no romantic element whatsover in this manga. The gore element just outweigh any other elements of this story. The homoerotic content is just an accessory, an example of the psycho's craziness and obsession but definitely not the core relationship between the mcs. Just because there are some explicit gay sex scenes doesn't make this manga deserve a yaoi tag.
But I also agree with your perspective. People who want to read gore but without homoerotic element might need the tag to exclude this out of their search.
