Objectively speaking Jiwon is way too good for DG.Of course he wouldn't have him so easily and have a relationship with him like DG wanted.He is lucky but it would be way to unrealistic if a guy like DG makes a guy like Jiwon his just like that or even more so make him grovel and beg as his haters wish.

All that “greatness” that was just preached about Jiwon is canceled out by the fact that he’s got a shitty personality. Also if he’s so great he wouldn’t feel the need to cover up his actual personality with that false persona he displays at the school. Yes DG is “simple” but that’s because he wasn’t given a tragic background like Jiwon was, which can be simplified to Jiwon is still an immature child searching for validation and for some on to like him for him. (Tragic backstory in no way excuses Jiwon’s shitty personality.) I would love to see DG fleshed out a bit more as a character. But I’m also not really interested in Jiwon and DG’s story anymore. Chanwoo and MD’s relationship way more entertaining to me.
Jiwon is definitely out of DG's league but DG still remains too good for him. Jiwon is clearly unstable after his one and only relationship enough to emotionally and physically abuse DG multiple times, become irrationally jealous to the point of raping DG against DG's protests not just once but twice, and be emotionally manipulative when any of the before wasn't/isn't enough. Realistically Jiwon would be the WORST person any person would have the misfortune of dating let along simply be a fuck buddy with. If having been spurred by your one and only relationship is enough to turn you into a heartless violent narcissist you definitely deserve to be forever alone, but hey that's not how fiction works now does it. I'm sure rational person would take having a plain Jane over an emotionally stunted hottie prone to anger issues as a lover anyway, but that's just me and my love for a healthy relationship with a healthy minded partner.

Jiwon is fake, his video persona doesn’t count in how I feel about his character. A fake person acts different in front of different people. Example is how Jiwon’s all smiles in front of his classmates and then tells DG to not to talk to him.

He pretends to be nice to other people, yet you get that flash into his inner monologue and it shows you what he really thinks of people. He used DG. Is that something a good person does? And yeah, I've read Yaoi for years now. And for a lot of yaoi, you do get that same kind of story, and I will still call out the character for it. But for a lot of other ones, you actually get characters with souls. Those are the ones I enjoy the best. Ahhhh!!!!!!! I want to rip my hair out! This couple, I swear! When Mari is the most logical one in the series, you need to rethink your shit! I have no idea what this last chapter is trying to make me feel, but I just feel extreme aggravation! I loved this couple, I thought they were freaking adorable. Sihoon said he has issues with commitment he is like 40 something years old at this point, I don't think he wants to change. I am so frustrated, and I know why. I was really reeeeaaallly rooting for this couple at the beginning. But, at this point, what is the point? It's like, now that they have broken up, they can have a conversation? Nope. One sided conversation the whole way. Sihoon opens up, Junyoung throws it back in his face and walks away. I fully agree. If they just talked about how they wanted their futures to go, in a calm subtle kind of way, they could have worked this all out and never had to break up the last time. The first time, that was just dumb. Seriously, all he had to do was ask about Mari and it would have been "Oh she's my sister" The end, no fighting. No thinking about the other one cheating. I could go on about this topic all day, but in the end it just results in, they need to have a real conversation for once in their lives, or neither one of them will ever be in a healthy relationship.
My main point is, they never even tried. They go straight towards breaking up every time they have an issue. Which would be limited if they just had a conversation about their relationship. Whether it's the whole cheating thing, or the moving away thing, they refuse to sit down and have a conversation about what they think is right for their relationship. Like I said before, these are two adults. Not teenagers, who act like children. They need to learn to talk things out. And they broke up before it became one year. If they had a conversation like a couple, it wouldn't have been a surprise. Because they both would have known the situation. Yes, they had different priorities, but as I've said before, if they talked about it like adults, they would have found means to find a way to make it all work. People have long distance relationships all the time. I know someone who lives in Canada who is dating someone from England and they see one another as often as they can. But with things such as Skype, facetime ect... it makes things easier. As for the money thing, I think Sihoon has no issue in that department. To make a couple of trips a year, or to have his boyfriend flown in a couple of times a year. To be honest, I don't think that would be too much of an issue. If normal couples can do it just to shoot youtube videos, I think he would be able to as well. I respect your opinion, as you have respected mine. I'm not a judgmental person. But I have a big mouth when it comes to my rants lmao sorry.
