Yeah, dragon guy and the MC feel like they are closer maturity-wise then the MC and whoever this new guy is. He's obviously an adult and has been an adult for a while if the flashbacks are anything to go by. Not to mention the whole "I will serve you forever and give my life to protect you" isn't exactly a great relationship dynamic.

ASD means autism spectrum disorder I assume that yicheng was already diagnosed with autism when he was young and based on what I've read they have high risked of having depression that may lead to self harm and yicheng's case is kinda special since he really don't show any signs so treating him will be a challenge but I believe they will overcome this and mumu is with him.
