No, if they don't understand a language enough to properly convey a sentence, then they shouldn't be doing it. The art is great but the bad translation ruins the storyline, whether there is one or not, and it puts a bad spin on the whole story. They aren't obligated to do it, so if they do a bad job for free, we have a right to complain. Just let other translators get to it

Correction: this person knows how to use google translate which we all do. And we all know how shitty google translate is so why rely on it? Terrible translations are a complete disservice to both the author and their work.
