I still remember when this first started people were all skeptical
But right now the plot is really good and all the characters are extremely likeable. The dialogue delivery is also really good and I love the sweet looking art.

The reason the teacher/coach wants to absolutely ruin someone's life is because he doesn't like when people in pairs have someone to rely on, since he didn't have one

Pure fuckin self projection. I swear if someone like him met me I'd have pummeled him the moment words left his mouth. ( ̄へ ̄)

    Wasn’t the coach a woman?

Wasn’t the coach a woman? ZuZu

Not that coach, the main antagonist who used to be the coach or tutor of the FL

As much as I'd like this to be shoujo ai or yuri, i don't mind the ambiguity either
They both seem like they're going to influence the other's life for better all whilst getting closer to each other.
I think rather than having an all talk no action romantic relationship, a relationship where both are mutually comfortable and feel accepted, but not with defined romance is much better.

I feel like we didn't really properly address the feelings of insecurity she had
At the end, she was insecure but apparently that was fine since she was surrounded by people who cared for her and that her mom was supportive? I don't think that makes sense

Also wdym "one day I'll show you Minami shine" or something? Insecurities don't work like that, or at least for me personally that's not how it works

And what happened to the modelling? I get they wanted to show that she was trying her hardest to feel prettier and feel better, but it completely got sidelined.

I'd much rather they used modelling to actually properly help her overcome her insecurities with her getting more experience in the job

It was cute but me personally, i didn't like the ending . It felt rushed

The story is written intricately, and while there are a few plot holes present, I don't think it affects the flow of the story enough to make you question the characters' action or the progression of the story itself

The characters are also written quite well and the inter-character relations are very delicately written. Their pasts, their reasons, their goals and their ideas were all well presented.

A 10/10 story for me.
Definitely don't hesitate to give it a try

This was just so damn sweet!! I loved every character and I loved how till the end, the author didn't let them conform to the gender stereotypes!!
Ahhh I think I got diabetes

So the thing being, I was genuinely upset and even to some extent disappointed when phos forgave aechmea and the master and the gems. But now it hit me...

To everyone of them, forgiveness was the one thing they never expected. The one thing, despite them desperately wanting it, they were wary of. Because forgiveness would make them realise how heinous they were towards phos, who was after all just a child they all shoved the heavy burden onto.

Aechmea wanted phos to be more human like, and if possible something more. And he himself said "Vengeance is the most human emotion" so when phos did not choose the path of hatred and instead chose peace, it made everyone come to face with their actions.

In that chapter where phos forgives them, you can clearly see that it's painful for them all, because they realise their actions and the consequences they had. They were forced to face it, after years of living in ignorance.

And in my opinion, the reason phos decided to stay back on the planet, was because of a few things. They were there when it all started. But now they were the only one who carried all the memories of the lunarians and the gems. The only one who remembered everything, including the humans, so the final step to finally letting go of everything would be to surrender to fate.

Phos just wanted to rest, and let go finally. They wanted this cycle of hate, torture, pain, self loathing, self questioning and solitude to end with them. They did not want to pass it on to the next generations. That is how kind Phos was.

And at last in chapter 106, we see that brother takes phos's final piece of phosphophyllite, which is essentially the only remnant of phos themselves which was not tainted by the other minerals. The one piece that truly made phos, phos.

I hope that finally phos can be granted peace and salvation and that they can experience so in their original form, as Phosphophyllite. Not by any other external identity like lunarian, or gems or human or God. Simply Phosphophyllite...

I somehow did not even notice that he took phos' last piece, I had to reread the chapter and it's like my brain imploded

The ending of that chapter can go two ways
Either we get a happy ending where phos finally gets peace
Or we get a heart wrenching, soul crushing, jaw dropping, toe curling, end

This genuinely hit in the feels
The part that hit the most was the transition from the constant tension and living in the edge, to the seeming never ending peaceful days at the end....
It was genuinely touching
It was a tad bit rushed but the ending is still good nonetheless
I loved it a lot!
