I think it's a little haphazard since the tone of it went from serious to now just comedy. With the mafia theme the author is trying to fit in both so it's a little messy.
I think the presentation is definitely pretty messy basically. I was very confused with all these characters coming up because they were introduced in a weird manner. And then you suddenly find out that they're part of the mafia aspect. The first few chapters or so were good and followed a sense of flow in storyline but then the recent ones suddenly jump around too much to follow what's happening

I feel so dumb because starting into the chapters I was like, did this other mc guy always look like this? He looks like a completely different character. But then later on it was just that his hair was neater. But I usually don't have such unfamiliarity with a character like that.

I won't deny that it's rape but the social backgrounds for the setting can take on an entirely different dialogue than what's already been explored and if done well, that's what I'll take from it
I'm actually quite concerned that the anon categorizes the use of rape as something 'boring' because it is a common plot point. It's definitely hypocritical in that for the anon, rape is no longer something that amuses them in a storyline and is completely dismissive, and unsympathetic to those who are actually affected by it.
