It's even more than that. He was going to report on them to the government, which would lead to them being killed. It's like how people in Nazi Germany reported their family, friends, and neighbors knowing full well they would get shipped off to death camps. Mad fucked up. I can't really be sympathetic to a guy who's gonna out his wife and baby to a genocidal regime. Momma deserved better.

Volume 1: Enjoyed this but it was hella confusing at crucial moments like how mates work in this story because the author was very low-key about what's happening and I had to think hard to get it. Also I felt it was a little bit rushed in moments which adds to confusion. And what our omega was about to do? :'0
Maybe it was translation but I'm still very grateful for it :3
Overall I liked the unconventional top-bottom thing but their relationship wasn't that fully pictured.
Volume 2: At first I was confused at when it's happening like before they became mates or after...logically it should be after but then the blondie came in the picture saying he wants to be mates and our omega says he WILL be the one who's alpha's omega which I thought then it means it's before no ⚆ᴥ⚆?? but nope it's AFTER so it means that blondie is such a bitch to intentionally steal alpha-mate from omega who then will be abandoned not being able to mate with other alpha till death (we learned that from volume 1). So after our alpha gave in to fated shit I felt such a betrayal :((( and was upset for our omega... The blondie sucks (︶︿︶)＝凸
I love this couple so much（/TДT)/ and the best thing is that there are side stories (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ that makes me wanna give it 10 stars (▰˘◡˘▰) it's so heart warming
