Looks like another good one here. Obviously that falling cup meant nothing good for our lovers and band, but what exactly? Some have said here that it means that the guitarist is dead, which is very possible all things considered. But the cup breaking=breaking up of lovers and band, also makes great symbolic sense. Especially when it seems that at the time Simon didn't value what he had until he smashed beyond repair and now can't get it back.
I kinda like that guess.
This was a cute and entertaining extra. Buuut.... (and please don't hate me for saying this) it's been so long since we saw update for the story itself rather than extras, good as they are. Also has the art changed?
IDK- I suppose what bothers me about the art is the abrupt change itself. It almost feels as if someone else entirely was doing the drawing. Just feels odd after 60+ chapters in one style, to suddenly change the look. Especially if we're now going to get an extra here and there done in the new style and then back to the old, only finally to revert to the new. In most cases where the art style changes it happens gradually over time. I just can't help but wonder if it was impossible to have finished this manga in the old style and saved the new for new projects?
Besides I'll admit that I'll miss the fact that sensei's style was so distinctive and recognizably hers!
The change hasn't been abrupt. It has evolved gradually. The art in volume one is different than the art in volume three and the art in volume five continues the evolution away from the angular style of volume one. IMO, the art style has been pretty consistent since volume six, more consistent than it was over the first five volumes.
Just because "Killing Stalking" and "Baker" are both Manhwas is no reason to assume they're going to be all that similar. Give this Manhwa a break, and let it be its own thing and go wherever it goes. If they do turn out similar, that is another thing entirely, but at the moment I feel like so many are anticipating events based on a completely different story.
What an odd reply. If YOU haven't, well that's great and good for you, but what does that say about anybody else? I never said everyone was doing it, so I don't get the point. But a scroll down the comments made will quickly make obvious the frequent mentions of Killing Stalking. BTW- as nothing particular has happened yet, twisted or otherwise, isn't premature to be comparing it to "other twisted manhwa"?
They weren't talking to you, then...?
So this is Romeo and Juliet with a Japanese & yaoi twist. But the big question at this point is will it have the same tragic end for the lovers? All that about there being no place for them to be together (ch. 4, p. 34) seems foreboding, but like others here I really hope not. I hope they get their HEA.
I think this is cute but where exactly is it going? I mean the alpha is just a kid. Are we going to time skip years ahead? Because unless we do something to allow the alpha to grow up in a hurry, I don't care how much fate or destiny forces the issue, the kid is still a kid, and I for one really think he's a mite too young for any smex.

I love these mercurial characters in yaoi, who, without a moment's pause, go from not wanting someone's love to weeping over the lack. Or perhaps, as it is often the uke, such emotional indecisiveness is just part of being a uke? -Just poking a bit of fun here....:D
