the relationship between rintarou and his older brother is so sweet. the author knew exactly how to write siblings, wanting your sibling to be happy no matter how often you see eachother and speak and subtly cheering for them on the sidelines. i hope we see more of onii-san in the future (β'β‘'β)οΎ

kaede dont apologise!!!! youre THE victim. though i understand why the author created a character like tsubasa its really annoying. i understand asia and some places in the world arent as educated on sex and things like that because its 'taboo' i feel like tsubasa is just too ignorant to ignore. the story isnt set in the 80s or some time where these things arent easy to learn about, she couldve went on her phone and googled any questions/concerns she has but whatever. i just want kaede to be happy
its kind of bittersweet, though hinata wont remember any of her past life memories or the memories shes made with sadao, shes introduced him to so many people in her life that theyre now connected to him and sadao is kind of woven into her life. im really sad though that sadao never thought it was his grandma until the end. i wish there was scenes of them together post-realisation that a small child is his grandmother
I think it's best this way. After all, wouldn't it be more painful for Sadao-kun to lose his grandmother twice? In this way he got to relive his best memories with his grandma, be reminded of her traits, and really cement his love for her and her teaching even past the grave. When someone you love dies, they say to remember them for all the good things they shared with you, rather than wallow in the sadness that they're gone.
i honestly really liked this story so much, the art was really cute and the premise of the story seems solid enough but after reading 91 chapters the mc has grown extremely slowly and the plot is just going in circles. ive literally read other manhwas that have had time to END while this is still going on, its just "my family is good to me yet people still call them bad guys???? ill try and fix their reputation!! oh no guess ill just eat cookies and let them murder people".
the pacing for this was really good until the last few chapters. i feel like the author wasnt quite sure of how to end the manhwa correctly so they did it in the most simple and rushed way possible. still a good read though and i like that there was no romance or women falling inlove with the mc 24/7
the most suspicious person in my eyes is most definitely the chef, he constantly does things that inconvenience moo-yi and just kinda apologies after with a smile or says he doesnt know but i think he does... when it was revealed he was someway connected with bluebird i wasnt surprised at all tbh
i honestly love this story so much, it speaks about topics you wouldnt really see in a normal manga, the only thing im worried about is the author ruining the story and making it an adult x child. i have a feeling the author may make rio the female lead and make them get together, even if its in the future when kaedes an adult. itd just be weird. also ace repesentation !!! we love to see it
