What a Hypocritical bitch. If she really believed all that B.S. she just spouted, she wouldn't be all salty about Tia still being a rival for the Prince. She would have put as much distance between herself and the prince/aristocrats as she could to avoid the same outcome, but she didn't. She moved right in, inmediately started acting entitled, and cozied up to the faction opposing Tia. The truth is Jieun isn't talented or competent in any way. The only thing she has going for her is looking different than everyone else.
