Just FYI there is a endgame, it's confirm by the writer. So looking at both closures I think Cain is still endgame because how different the closures are. Jooin left yahwi because of how badly he treated Jooin. While with Cain, Cain is the one that actually walked away, not necessarily Jooin but the reason Jooin wanted closures wasn't because Cain is bad but because Cain was stuck in the past and Jooin didn't like that, he wanted Cain to live in the present and not give his life up just for love especially if it's based in the past (which it no longer is but Jooin doesn't know that).
I'm honestly so excited to see what happens next. Because despite Cain and Jooin going separate way THEY HAD THEIR FIRST SNOW!! in Korea a first snow means two people will be together forever in a romantic aspect and it also means a new beginning, as their closure was more about the past.

Because if you look at the symbolism in both life's the departure in the first snow and this closure at the moment is about the past (symbolism to their deaths) and Jooin wanting Cain to be in the present, a new proper beginning. Plus between the two, Jooin bluntly told yahwi that he wounded hum deeply and broken his trust, I don't see how Jooin will go back to him when his and Cain closure was more positive and more open to them reuniting.

Also it's not about Cain not being korean, it's about the author themselves, they are korean, the webtoon is a Korean webtoon. There's gonna be korean superstitions if they want to add it. And Cain says that it's snowing just like that day (when they died). Even in the flashback he said it's starting to snow. So I'm pretty sure it's their first snow.

Yahwi is done. So there's no worries because Jooin literally confirms in his monologues that the he can never get used to the pain, the wounds by yahwi cruelty are to deep and the trust is broken between. That alone confirms Jooin won't choose yahwi. Even Jooin says "I hope you meet someone else to tell the things you need". Plus the whole title change during Cain departure not yahwi. So it's obvious who's endgame.
Oh and another things is all of yahwi story has been told, his past and present. Cain, we only know of his past but not his present, which the author said will be shown in the story.

Idk what to grasp here. The fact that majority of "readers" can't comprehend the 'complexity' of the story, despite it being very BASIC or those who complain about toxicity yet are the ones who are wishing death on a MC who's conflicted with his own emotions, as most humans are. You all hate him, yet I see yall defend a rapist and a character with abusive tendencies. Yall wish his freedom but not Jooin?
.
Also don't know how Jooin is the bad guy here when he's giving Cain a reality check he needed. Cain needs to stop being in the past and live for himself in the present. Don't give up everything because you're in love. This why Jooin wanted to met Cain, not to break his heart.

exactly, thank you.
everyone commenting proudly that they just skim through the chapters and then complain that they are confused like girl youre not reading franz kafka this is just a bl story with people communicating instead of having sex and lame wattpad storylines lol. it is not hard to comprehend what is happening yet so many people miss the point.

Exactly what you said. This story is more than just sex and blindly choosing. I'm honestly so glad that once things got serious the smut chapters stop. a MC keeping to his word. I love that the author wrote it as Jooin blindly agreeing because it was his crush but quickly noticed that this shouldn't be happening. I'm glad it focuses on Jooin journey to discovery of his own worth and not losing his dignity.

I totally understand you with this, but I just like the story as well overdue.. it’s kind of just like who is he gonna end up with at the end of the day?? I don’t want him to end up with the black hair dude I don’t want him to end up alone considering that he ended things with the Blondie .. it’s just I feel like this story was executed horribly it makes sense if you generally pay attention, but it just doesn’t make sense at the same time.

but it does though, it is kinda clear that jooin realised its enough of getting strung along by these mens feelings and he went and rejected them both because they werent in a place emotionally to be ready to be in a relationship and jooin felt really hurt by yahwi and really confused by cain.
anyone can suspect that this will bring a time skip and we might just see how he meets both of them after some solitary self help time, and most likely end up w one of them.
like i said, this is not some confusing russian literature with a million metaphors, it is not hard to understand whats going on. people just purposely ignore the facts and the progress of the story to hate on it.

Wait I'm just realizing. Did most of yall not notice that the leash on the logo is now on the ground for this chapter, after Cain said Jooin is no longer his master. The title was always about Jooin and Cain. And this time it is Jooin to go pick up that leash and claim Cain (possibly). Literally the reincarnation theme is the base of the story.

I feel like many aren't getting what Jooin trying to do. Yes, Jooin is looking for Cain for a closure. If there's gonna be ending he want to end things with a conclusion. He doesn't want things to untold. He's doing this for both of them so they won't be stuck in the past. Also, this doesn't necessarily mean it's the final ending between him and Cain but rather closure to their past and where they enter a new beginning in their present.

I honestly do get Woojin trauma and how badly minho damaged him but that does not excuse what he just did to Taehwan. I don't feel bad for a Woojin anymore because he confirm he knows what he's exactly doing but i do wish he got his own happiness without the need and dependance of others, I wish he gets better.
Also, idk if this counts as a spoiler but when Minho said Taehwan can't understand how Woojin is, is so funny to me because Minho couldn't even handle Woojin himself in the beginning so he started to abuse Woojin in an controlling manner, because that's how he was able to handle it smh.
Edit: Minho could not handle Woojin either EVEN BEFORE Woojin showed his complexity, that says alot.

Can't believe we are already entered this arc...just a heads up yall gonna be real fucking annoyed. Just a few chapters before S2 ends and after that we get fucking 11 consecutive chapter of flashbacks about minho (then 1 chapter on Tae then back to the flashbacks) smh

I completely skipped them but from what my friend said the first flashback is from Woojin perspective (we will see his first boyfriend and the beginning of Woojin spiral, all because of his horrible grandmother) and the 2nd flashback is from minho perspective, it will show us why he felt betrayed by woojin and started to treat him like shit

I think Minho blackmailed Woojin and how he’ll tell Taehwan he cheated if he doesn’t continue to sleep with him. Woojin goes to the hotel at night while Taehwan is asleep and has sex thee, Taehwan finds out after noticing he’s leaving at night, then MC cries and begs him to stay. Taehwan leaves, they didn’t break up though btw, and Taehwan cries. MC still has sex even after that, Minho is so trash and MC too imo
Read up to chapter 20, I was really curious why Sia childhood friend genuinely liked her but was acting different. And now I understand he wanted to protect her because he said he was weak and he knew Ari had the upper hand as Sia lived with her but that shouldn't have stop you from defending her atleast from other people who bullied her.
You got to caught in this delusion that you didn't realize it was too late and already put distance between yall, this is his own doing even if he thought it was helping sia (it wasn't; maybe at first?).
I don't know if he'll get worse but I hope he'll realize and acknowledge his mistake and stop being so angry, I don't want to be bias because ik he does care for Sia but I want him to have a better approach and apologize for what causing. You were too late and you only realized that now that someone else came in.
Edit: Also I doubt other agree but it's very obvious Kwondo was gaslighted by Ari, he even kissed her thinking it would protect Sia, so I'm wondering if he truly didn't know the full extent of her bullying. What are yall thoughts
And Ari just did the same to Seol, "just stay away from Sia and nothing will happen" I mean can you blame Kwondo who's not even a beast but a mere human, end up being gaslighted. Even Seol is in trouble because of Ari.
