Even in these two chapter he still said he would've hurt himself to make Jooin feel bad but decided against it because he knew he lost, even with that promise.

Saw two people mention things and I think others should see it. Jooin isn't selfish, or any negative connotation but rather he's a afraid, that what we have been seeing all along. He's been afraid to make a choice. Afraid to what it will lead after experiencing what he wanted at first treated him so coldly. I agree. I know in the past I've absolutely shitted on jooin for his choices, but in actuality, this is quite realistic. A lot of people, including myself, am very indecisive about a lot of things. It comes down to a fear of consequences of a choice being made. Fear that you've picked the wrong choice and cannot fix it. But from on outsider's perspective, it's infuriating because they can't choose and do absolutely nothing. Like jooin's mum said, "no decision" is also a decision and now he's suffering the consequences of that.
Not saying what jooin is doing is ok, cause he is still stringing two guys along, but it makes his actions a little more understandable.
Wait can we talk about what the grandmother said for a minute. What does she mean "not blood-related". Seoin and Jaewon look alike, but if the family acts like this to someone non blood related is it possible that Seoin is adopted? But he looks like his mother (when he had dark hair). Idk but Seoin feels out of place in this family and probably knew something dark about Jaewon.
There's a chance that Jaewon and seoin might be step brothers. Maybe that isn't his father but his stepfather instead
