Pseudo incest or not, what they are doing is not illegal. It’s a conflict morals. The older brother took YJ because he pities him while YJ don’t see the older brother as a brother in reality.

It wasn't directly stated in the novel, or could be but I'm not remembering, it's been a while since I finished it, but I think Regas were always supposed to be blond and green-eyed. If I remember correctly, Norhox made a snide remark about Truyde having the same taste as "the king" (Karas' father). So the King's real Regas was blond and green-eyed, basically same as Abel's reincarnation. As for the king, he is dead.
Come to think of it, yeah, there's also another person that "looks like" Abel and he played a big part in the story.

The Duke can't be fascinated by anyone else. There's a reason why he specially "likes" green-eyed and blond dudes but that's a spoiler. You know what, people may be disappointed we couldn't have buff Abel but it all makes sense in the story. Abel's beautiful appearance, why he is sickly, why he reincarnated, why he had to die, why he had to be "unattractive" in his first life (but this is more of a theory). I'll just say, enjoy the story!
