yall i actually like that hae-il said fwb bc if he said he likes him, w how pado has been treating him in the past chapters, pado mightve stopped the sx and said something cruel to hae-il and then hae-il will start disappearing again but he doesnt have the candies w him. also lets keep in mind that grudge pado has is still not resolved and i doubt if hae-il confessed, it'll immediately be resolved. i feel like they need more time to be together so that when hae-il says he likes pado, pado will actually believe him a lil bit, not like now where he thinks hae-il is playing/taking advantage of his feelings.
as much as i love their relationship, i cant help but be bothered by how pushy the seme is w the uke when it comes to sex. esp since thats how their relationship started. it feels like only naui grew, and muhyeok stayed the same. i was expecting muhyeok to learn to respect naui's "no"s, esp when naui was still employed by a company, but that didnt come

And if you’re saying the ML doesn’t even change mentally what’s these mental gymnastics I’m reading about this being a “cute” couple there seems to be no actual development whatsoever.
i dont know how familiar u are w the bl genre since from your comment, it seems like u are new, but bl manhwas in general are pretty shallow. love at first sight or attraction based solely on physical appearance are used to sustain the commitment of the two main characters and continue the story. everything else comes second. i've been a bl reader since 2012, and back then, semes in mangas used to at least have a deeper reason why they fell for the uke, ie seme finding salvation in uke's personality, etc. ironically, thats the appeal of these stories: its shallow, so its easy to follow, and readers get to witness in depth how the relationship of the two main characters evolve.
there's no mental gymnastics or anything. the dynamics of their relationship, which are shown through their day to day lives, is generally cute. there IS development. my comment was only about muhyeok.
overall, this manhwa may not be just your thing.
