he won't be seen in the novel for a long time. like a really really long time. a war sparked and it was at the end where dicathen was losing. he came back with a scythe (i think it was scythe? or an underling of a scythe. btw a scythe is like the lance version of the other continent) but he was a completely different person. he was not elijah anymore, he was his past self and his past self was a very close friend of arthur in his past life but due to unfortunate events, he came to hate arthur. so he came with the scythe to kill arthur and take tess with him.
this is all i can remember from that part. im really far in the novel already so it's really vague for me.
