Why? She hasn't actually done anything wrong. In fact she threw herself into danger to stop an attack from hitting Yunshen. I know she loves him, but she hasn't tried to trick him or done anything that would hurt him and she doesn't even know that there is someone else that may be in his heart more. Yes, she also ran to him when she saw him, but even friends would do that under the circumstances, and she had no way of knowing that Aslan would be outside and see them. Hell, she doesn't even know about how Aslan fits into all this or his relationship with Yunshen or the kids. So I see no reason to hate her. At least not yet.
Maybe because she cause more damage rather than help? I mean if she has the ability to help, than I can understand why she interfere with the fight. However, for someone who try to interfere with the fight that beyond her ability will only cause more harm than help.
This is just my opinion though

its just that in the next chapters (spoilers btw).. the twins got jealous of her because yunshen takes care of her more because shes injured .. she kinda took advantage of her injury to cling to yunshen and becsuse of this the twins got jealous of her and yunshen ended up yelling at the twins.... sorry for spoiling no hate(づ￣ ³￣)づ
