His mom situation has been really sus ever since from his childhood. What I cannot take is that the thought that his mom is lusting for him is just downright sickening. I ached when I read "I might be the next one" on his journal. I bet her mother has some issues and a bigger one with that.
First, he got kidnapped and was brainwashed to completely forget about his past life (or probably a traumatic experience caused him tk to have a short term amnesia). Then, he grew up thinking that being a hitman/undercover agent is his only sole purpose in life. Tbf, candy's past hasn't been unraveled that much yet and we haven't even learned how he got to Vulture (agency he's working with). Maybe there's a connection to all of this bc they clearly know each other. Could it be that candy's mom also plays a great role? She hasn't been mentioned that much either.
