It is neither actually. It is on "hiatus" which means the mangaka is postponing, or putting aside, this manga for the time being. She has not put out a statement, or any kind of notice that she is dropping this one, she has only said that she is "putting this manga on hiatus for a bit, while she focuses on other manga, family, and her personal life."

BTW, I'm pretty sure she had a baby when she set this one aside. ;)

She might not have gotten her shit together enough to return to focusing on this one yet. ^.^
