I... Can't agree with her on the dead tree. I know it's gonna look weird but we are also thought to appreciate trees for what they are. On university grounds a tree got hit by lightning and it died in a matter of a few years because of it. Even though it was a shame, as it was also is a fully grown oak tree, they kept as a nesting place for bugs and therefore in addition as a food place for birds. I like it really much...
