Crying for an Omega verse manga is not on my 2024 bingo card. Shizuka's monolgue made me burst to tears and i cannot stop until Renji's friends showed up. Ignoring the first chapter, Shizuka's been trying to make Renji like him back and he broke down at the realization he caused Renji to do something he'd never do and will regret for the rest of his live. It's the fact that Shizuka's right at harm's way, he's at his most vulnerable state and still he think about how he caused pain to others. I wanna praise him directly that's he's always been a good omega. And Renji my boy. He's also very vulnerable cause he's young and a transitioned Alpha who didn't know much about the nature of Alpha and Omega dynamic but he did his best, always does. And he held himself accountable. He was not lucid but he admitted to doing wrong things. They both just want to fall in love normally, but their circumstance almost steal that chance from them. Why must they go through this pain for something so normal?

Man, it's really frustrating. I feel like the mc had many chances to do the thing he regret he didn't do before he die. But he just doesn't do it. It's been a while since I pick up a BL with substance and not just thrown in with all kind of tropes you can think of as plot devices. I love, love Han Gyul. Such a three dimensional chara. The art style may look simple but really compliments the type of story it is, I personally like the lighting the artist do it sets the mood for the drama very well. The smexy scene is also really hot. As a slow burn enthusiast like I am, my craving is being fed. This is a whole main course for me personally.

Huh, i find this interesting. For someone lile me who's quite picky with chara looks, this manga with non-human, not even loving creature looks actually give me the freedom of imagining the chara however i like, or in this case, looks aren't important anymore, since their appearance starts from zero, everything's focused on their characteristic.

At this point I'm pretty much gushing over Aresh.
But Aresh became more and more teen-like in his reaction and antics whenever he's with Sei. It's so endearing of him.

Aresh really answered no more than two words to Yua but spent three panels talking about Sei's reaction to food and this pleased look in Sei's eye and how his eyes drooped.

Boy is hella whipped.
