Uhhh i don't know but honestly i feel like both couples have troublesome relationships, though i think that's what makes it interesting. I don't know if it was bad writing or if it was mangaka's intention to make things undefined, if so then big ups for being unconventional. While reading this, i get the same frustration as when i'm reading a western story. Or maybe it's because characters in japanese mangas always end up being earnest and understanding of their feelings, that this vagueness is kind of refreshing (though frustrating at the same time) but then reminds me that relationships and emotions are not as easy as fictions make them to be.
