I feel like a couple of us are forgetting he's not human. He may look like one but he's a god. None of this is out of maliciousness or for mocking he does not understand human emotions so much so that he was excited to tell Doram about his dead brother just because it was news that Doram himself asked for. This story is about him learning to be human (something I thought we all collectively clocked weeks ago but apparently not).
This scene casts everything he's done in a different light kind of taking him from semi-yellow flag (for that first sex scene) into an actual green flag for me. He cares for Doram he truly wants him to be happy even if he doesn't understand why he wants that yet.
I hope she leaves his ass and then Keios is the one who spends years and years putting in the effort while she lives her best life
Ooooh fuck the sister ten times over damn I seriously hate her
Romance took off really fast but I can't say I really mind I kind of prefer it over something long and drawn out
I'm glad we got to see a preview of their kids even if we didn't get to see their actual children. It was weird how he suddenly became so overpowered at the end that he could basically use every type of magic because he was already kinda overpowered in the first place. But at least it was at the end so it didn't really effect the story. Honestly my only real complaint is the name Ex Lost.
But I'm in a hotel and my brothers sleeping next to me I LOVE YOU SM COURTNEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYY
Ignoring the massive power imbalance and the racial undertones of having a “tan” person be a slave. Stories just not doing it for me. I lowkey kinda hate the king despite the fact that he seems to like the MC and even gave him an official position close to him he’s done nothing to fix the stigma of fire people or give him any real authority so that he at least wouldn’t get bullied or choked on site. Is the MC still a slave because he keeps referring to himself as one? Which makes the whole situation even worse. MC is being treated more like a prostitute than a love interest. I get that stories like this are meant to stretch on for a long time so maybe I just need to give it more time to get good. But right now it’s kind of unbearable
I wouldn’t mind seeing Kasuya with another guy if only to see him go running back to Kuzuya later
Honestly, I really, really, REALLY want that threesome with Koma
Did we read the same story? I really don’t get it I honestly feel like this is Harada’s best couple romance wise. Momo is such a deep character with so many layers to peel back. This is his first stable REAL relationship in a life littered with trauma. He’s learning and in the beginning stages of his healing process it’s only been about a year since he was 24 in vol 1 and 25 in vol 2. Cut him some slack. He obviously has character development (if you miss it I’m sorry but you’re illiterate) he even manages to drop his gambling habit when he says no to the pachinko. Yata is probably one of the most green flag love interests around. He isn’t perfect but that’s the literally the point. He’s still a pillar of support for Momo.
And I get the rape complaints I really do, it’s uncomfortable, but at some point you have to admit you’re doing it to yourself on purpose when you pick up a Harada story it’s very well known and if you somehow don’t tags exist for a reason.
First time since that one manga with the blind uke had art that made me want to cream
I low-key don’t even wanna read it but I am excited for volume 3. His story should’ve just been condensed into an extra.
