I've seen a few comments theorizing about Harrison maybe betraying them in the past life and I was thinking that if it is true, then maybe he did it unknowingly, because I believe if he realized that his unintended actions sent Lippe and her family to their deaths then there's no way Harrison would sit still. Because once he realized what he had done, he would definitely try to find evidence to save them and make up for what he did, but that ultimately led to him being killed to put an end to everything. I just think that if he did betray Lippe and her family, the guilt would have eaten him alive and he would never stop trying to prove their innocence right up until he was killed.
