I, for example, lay down to watch stuff together with my family or friends and tend to fall asleep very fast, even without wanting to do so. I don't have time to undo my bra or even want to spent time with them without my bra, so I wear sports bras whenever I can. If you ever fell asleep with a wired bra, you know what pain feels like.

It's a personal choice. Besides, bigger sizes need to wear a bra for proper support while sleeping. Personally, I hate wearing anything while sleeping though.....
