when he handed the kid the same knife ms jeon gave to him, i was afraid jeoh was unknowingly following her footsteps bc that parallel was really 1-1 + the taking over a business w/o care for the prostitutes, telling seongrok that there’s no other way, etc all reminded me of ms jeon BUT NOW MY FAITH IS HALF-RESTORED IN JEOH
(trying to be constructive here) i used to love this artist’s style from bye bye but i feel like they’re focusing too much in hair and eye detailed and completely forsaking proportions and fluidity of expressions and poses like it just looks awkward some panels and the huge heads and big hair isn’t helping
but the rendering is beautiful as always
