Not really, at least he acknowledged that he loved his family more then work and that he made a bad mistake. If he didn’t then he was clearly a terrible father.
A father who works for their family doesn’t make them bad just because they didn’t spend enough time, if he loves them that much to work somewhere dangerous then he’s an amazing father
I feel he's not exactly bad but there were other options. Especially since he has limited time to live, instead of trying to fix his so called mistake by doing what he did, he could've actually just spent a bit more time w her instead of going overseas cuz technically at the end of the day it's still considered work over family no matter the reason except for special circumstances; based on what he did.

He did pick work over family, definitely. However, I don’t think that’s a good enough reason to doubt his abilities as a good dad as he was working for his family.

It would turn out like this...... i think in the 1st place our FL the MC had her soul be sent to earth and exchange with the villainess. Now that the villainess switch backed thiere souls to the rightful bodies then she came back to fantasy world to make things complicated. And then our FL will stay in this fantasy world cause she fill in love hear and she is going to teach the villainess the earth way of life then send her back to earth as it should have been from the start.
