He did tell him. When Tasara figured out that he was Nara, Nara told him with his thoughts. And Tasara told him that he doesn't care. I don't think Tasara knows about Haran though. Telling about that may be worth a try haha.
You're right Nara did feed him poison but after awhile when Tasara started showing the effects of it (coughing) he started taking it himself.
And apparently he had to use it cause his younger sister was sick and he needed his uncles help, who was the one that told Nara to poison Tasara if he wanted the help.
