Nothing major but something Yikyung needed to know. It's about Joobin's ex, Baek-Un, he comes back in the story for a bit. From the context, it seems like Joobin arranged Yikyung and his ex to meet. Then his ex told him (prob out of spite or he's being silly lol) that he was the model or muse for that album that Joobin was doing at the start of the story. It's like he's saying Yikyung was only a replacement or something. Don't trust me too much of the translations and wait for the official ones but that's the gist of it
