I'm really conflicted about what to make out of this current scenario this manhwa is showing. woowon visibly needs that professional help but what I don't understand is how seoan , somebody who has been in a similar situation before not doing something about that?
dont get me wrong. I love them both and this manhwa so much that ive left the plot completely to however upi will present it to us , but it still hurts reading woowon's sufferings.
at present , ive had a few thoughts in my mind .
first being , maybe seoan is just not familiar with taking care of someone (its okay, there are cases like that. no issues). we've seen glimpses of his childhood, and maybe he's just not that used to it as woowon was , since he was already looking after his mother.
or another one being , maybe it'll only work if the person involved, in this case woowon , himself seeks out for help , in which case , still i feel like seoan , as someone experienced has to have that conversation with him.
like this def isnt something that can be overcome with the power of love. nd let's not forget , its may have been woowon who supported seoan throughout his recovery process , but it was seoan's therapist who initially gave him the idea to get to try to know woowon in the first place.
I really don't know how it'll work out. maybe it's still too soon to speak on it since we've only had a few chapters since s3 commenced but it still pains me nonetheless.
From what experience I have had with family members having trauma or psychological issues is that the need to acknowledge it first. Recognize they need help and consent to get help willingly, if not they will not get better if they do not want help. So in this instance SeoAn is probably waiting on Woowon to acknowledge he needs help otherwise he cannot help Woowon if he doesnt want the help. All he can do is wait and go with the pace Woowon has set. Forcing people to get help usually makes the reject the help for some reason or another. It's really frustrating.
Totally agree with you! I'm someone who was forced to 'get better' and let me tell you, it's more mentally deteriorating than anything in this world.

I'd been judging this webtoon for so long from its cover thinking it'd be another one of those toxic stories and what not , but oh boy was i wrong ! I love a good twist and turn and this manhwa just gives you that mindfuck at almost every other chapter. I'm HOOKED
idk if i should cry or be happy cause the kr version is on regular off today. as much as I would have appreciated a birthday gift I really am not ready for the angst oh god

5 more chapters to go until we reach the 100 chapters mark acc to the korean raws , and i don't really think the creators have strayed from their original plan. so maybe we could get side stories someday but it feels like thats it for the main story??? I wish this could go on and on forever :")

I really hope what you're saying is true. well in this recent chapter there wasn't much from which we can deduce how much plot remains maybe they wont end it in exactly next five chapters but I'm still holding out for that old man to carry forward the plot for another season.
Yes exactly. There's the whole story about the old man and his revenge. The storyline started with it and it would be all natural if it ends with it. As I said in a previous post, maybe this time it's Nok who will protect Jaeshin somehow. I wouldn't mind and ending of the season with Nok dying while protecting Jaeshin. Then a new season with Jaeshin waiting patiently and desperately for Nok to reincarnate. Once he does, they will be both in the modern world and Jaeshin will try to win Nok's heart back in a total new environment. It will be so refreshing and fun! xD
