As the comment title says, I have to re read the manga, but wasn't it revealed that Shirotani didn't actually have mysophobia? Like the whole point was that his internal struggle made him have physical reactions and when searching it online, he related a lot to people with mysophobia and interpreted/convinced himself he had it.

Again, got to re read it, but I think a major part of the story was that Shirotani's struggles with the one other guy resulted in him trying to find an explanation/cover to hide away those feelings. Anyways, sad to hear the anime was canceled

It's kind of sad that I feel like the only one that is excited for the new pair ╥﹏╥

And before anyone asks, I only like these pairings in fiction. Reality is another ballpark dudes, I would not support it. But it's a fictional pairing that I find cute.

Theory time: I think that we could get a sequence of events where JK is going to fight and Dan's grandmother is passing away, and like an ass JK will prevent Dan from either receiving the news or from going to his grandmother. He either will be a dick and say "do your job" or won't bother to hear Dan's pleas. This will definitely push Dan away until JK begins his redemption.

Also a wild idea from me is that JK may actually win the fight but will lose a lot more outside of it. He might lose Dan, but he might also lose his career if he pushes himself too hard or his opponent targets his shoulder and he is severely injured during the fight. That might be what pushes JK even more as he wins but he is unable to fight again or is temporarily placed into a break (which he would hate).

My thinking is that they are trying to recruit Dan, to get info or him to work with them. That would just be so much more for convenient for them, since they've already tried to send in spies, so they're not gonna suddenly openly antagonize JK. I'm thinking they're gonna offer him a lot of money and they're hoping to gain someone who knows about the physical condition without too much problem bc they don't know the relationship between Dan and JK and the gym enough to know if they would flip their shit if he was suddenly gone. Who knows tho, I'm excited to see

It's funny seeing ppl like "yo wtf is this?!" Bc the author just really wants to write smut, so yeah the plot ain't there bc the author wanted smut lol

Also, maybe it makes me a perv, but the plot makes sense. Like I think it's interesting and basic, so I do like both the smut and plot. It kind of the reminds me of another story I've read before in how it's smut with a workable plot lol

The most interesting thing is that Dan only really liked JK bc he was the one to help him the most. He picked Dan up, let him stay at his home, allowed him to save his grandmother's things, gave him a job at the gym, etc. Like Dan is right, he has been so alone and helpless for so long that any sign of possible kindness was all he needed to develop kind feelings, and with his history of being assaulted and beaten he most likely didn't even consider all his abuse by JK as all that bad. Incredibly fucked up but Dan needed to realize that he built a fake persona around JK who is a terrible terrible person.

Ultimately, I hope he is either contacted for info or to work as a spy because he may be freed from JK and gain some agency by making the choice. It would also be funny as hell to see JK be out-bid for the loyalty and assistance of Dan, but that's just me.

I'm kinda sad it ended, cause I would've loved to see the kids and how their relationships worked. But it's fine, I'll just reread it a lot. It's mindless smut, so it's not like there was any intention for us to read a masterpiece lol

It's all just sad. You have two people married off that have two vastly different emotions towards each other and although their relationship is improving, there is no guarantee towards anything. One is not required to share the emotions with the other, and there is the lingering doubts bc an heir is needed. Feel bad for both.

It will always be Kashima and Toono, and I will die on this hill. Toono and Yachan fit better as friends and despite the mini crush Toono had, there are bigger hints at Toono developing feelings for Kashima. Will root for these two over anyone!

Honestly this is a Tokyo Ghoul situation. There are demons who hurt and take advantage of humans, of course they are scared and wary. In the same breath however, the association has those working in cruel ways and group all demons as dangerous killers. This is a lose-lose situation, humans will live in fear of being hurt and demons will struggle to be accepted due to the actions of bad actors. Additionally, resentment builds resentment and people/demons want revenge and continue to hurt each other. Honestly, it's sad.
