I dropped this at chapter 87 cause not only was the story slow burn as a snail but the uploads are also slow as a snail so I wanted to wait until it finishes. I didn't think there was only 13 chapters remaining to finish it but I saw some comments saying the ending is rushed??? Should I continue? I mean it's just 13 chapters... Guys I'm so sorry for hating on the live action but the story of Tsuge and Minato in the live action was not good. They did him dirty there. I love their story so much in the manga but I was very disappointed with the live action.

Same! they look like idk meh.. Tsuge in the manga looks tall and cool but in the live action he looks like idk an ossan in his 40s. Minato's hair looks horrendous (sorry not sorry). This is why I really am not a fan of live action (even anime at times). I'd rather read it in manga.
Not judging the actor's acting but Tsuge was overacting. What I liked about him was what you said, he has a cool demeanor but somehow became restless and exaggerated in the live action.

tbh as someone whos read the novel and indulged almost every piece of content this media has, its not toxic. theyre so perfectly suited for eachother bcz of the same traits that would make any other relationship impossible and thats what kinda makes this special. they both benefit equally from the relationship, hira wants someone special and someone to ‘worship’ while kiyoi desperately wants that and craves that validation. it does become a bit of a problem in the second book when hira worships him tooooo much but they both work to better themselves and change what’s hurting the other. ending point, they def are both a little fked in the head but ig its a situation where “my crazy matches your crazy” fits perfectly (●'◡'●)ﾉ (sorry for the rambling)

I just didn't know Kiyoi also liked Hira, it's just the manga that hasn't caught up to that part yet. They are perfect for each other. This is definitely going to be in my list of favorites. This one was a good read in a while. I don't get why some don't like the story. Probably because Raymond was a bit shitty with the two timing. But it was so good. It was more realistic than the others, especially the emotions, their personalities, everything. I can relate with them especially the part where Ian claimed that Jeremy's painting belongs to him. The only thing I didn't like about the revenge was that the father died too early and was not that brutal. I wanted him to suffer more. There was also no information about the family after that. That revenge arc was also a bit too short for me, coulda added more conflicts, there was no thrill.
The story is really unique. This one really has a plot and not just plain romance. It talks about food that I don't find in any other bl except if their main focus is cooking or the characters are chefs.
I don't think they need kids anymore when the children are there... They literally came from Nuah and look EXACTLY like Nuah. The only problem is we don't get to see a child that looks like Rix, I want one too (〜￣△￣)〜
