A bit of Spoiler:
From what i see in the raws, there is no threesome in Season 2 either. The romance evolves around the uke policeman and the seme teacher. The black hair guy is a uni student who sleeps around casually and is somewhat interested in the uke policeman. The black hair guy wasn't able to cause much damage to threaten the policeman and the teacher's relationship. The policeman for sure is totally drown under the teacher's charm. :) Its an enjoyable read.
