I'm sorry but I refuse to place the blame on the ML. She's a grown up. She can say no. The author can't possibly expect us to treat this as a serious thing when the set up is ridiculous. In reality no one would keep dating someone just because they were ashamed of a misunderstanding. Actually no one would date over a misunderstanding.

If they dont fix or communicate it, their relationship is pretty much doomed.

I don't know why Raphael is getting so much hate. He's so sweet in the novel... mischievous but a perfectly good ML. Also you really don't want to ship Cayena with Rezef not only because of the whole incest thing but because he may love his sister (still not clear after reading the first 100 chapters) but yeah he's not nice to her either.

It may not show with clothes but naked? I mean it's 4 months. He even looks like he has abs. Makes no sense whatsoever to me.
He is only 4 months pregnant sometimes depending on the case the bump is not that visible, and the woman just puts on some weight there is even a tv show named “I didn’t knew I was pregnant “
