Sorry but your wrong about the sister being a sadist- shes actually not and shes super freaked out about the whole sadist and masochist thing. I remember in a certain chapter in the sides Sayan (ml) talks about how shes the only one not affected by the curse (the multiple voices in head) and how upset she is at hurting red hair freak.
