Alright, the real antagonist is her father. Because of the neutrality he demands his family to have, he NEVER interfere with anything, including his daughter execution. The thing is, before that, he had 2 wifes and the family of the second one plot to kill the first one, who was pregnant with Cosette. He didn't do anything even knowing all about it and the first wife end up running away and giving birth, but her daughter was born dead so she did a pact with a demon and trade her soul to make her daughter live and get revenge to the Parvis family. In the end, the demon possesses Cosette's body since she was dead already and plot with the first wife's brother to get the revenge. In the original story line (that we already saw in the webtoon) Cosette can do magic (the demon actually) and end up kind of stealling the manifestation that Kiera had and showing that day. The thing is, the Water spirit demands that their children (the spirit's users) were loved and care for, in this case is Kiera and after they kill her the world turn in to hell due to their fury. Oh, and the father voted to kill Kiera to remaing 'neutral' since Cosette was the one who show the manifestation. In the reincarnate story line the plot remains almost the same, but since her attitudes changes throught the course, her father starts to 'care' and wishes she would treat him like a father. Cosette end up showing her habilities first, throw magic and mimic the Water Spirit (even tho Kiera manifestate) and the end is kind of open, with Kiera and her Brother going on trips to explore the world together.

No, there is no romance and no ML in the original novel.

I'm still in chapter 64 but boy oh boy how I find Perdel and the lady with brown hair who help taking care of the princess unbearable. They are so annoying and unseemly it makes me skip a lot of pages just to avoid seeing them! And I see some spoilers about him betraying the emperor... I mean, I'm not surprise but most of all I wish he just died already.

I start reading this when it was about 230 chapters and I was fully interested at first. Normally I don't read this kind of webtoons because it's so cliche! But I guess since it was one of the firsts for me, I get atached to it. When the MC did the 10 years promise I thought it would have some arcs and then some timeskip between then but it has been so long and there is not a single difficulty to the MC's life... I mean... It's boring. And the romance part just got lost already with no forecast of coming back.

And I thought that bastard from BJ Alex was bad enough, but this guy is in a whole new level. I wish I could punch him everytime I see his face!!

The worst thing about all of what she's been through is that it's all too real... I think for being a woman I feel even more nauseous and scared than normal about situations like this. Probably cause I know a lot of guys like him I end up putting myself in her shoes and it is very difficult not to feel bad reading this last few chapters... However, precisaly because the author can make me relate to the FL, I can drop this. I hope he goes to jail for all he've done and been doing to her!!
