as I had pretty much given up all hope that the mangaka could convince me in one chapter that Noda actually likes Katou as a person, and not just because he makes bentos for her. Nope, not convinced at all. If he stopped making bentos for her, would Noda drop him like an empty bento box and start searching for someone else to "marry?" Undoubtedly. And what if that paper airplane had landed on Senpai? Would she then dump Katou for him? Most likely since she already spends more time with him than her "boyfriend."
The series had potential, but it was wasted by promoting the interests, activities and romances of side-characters instead of focusing on the main couple. From start to finish there was no romantic progress between Noda and Katou, the only romantic progress being several side-character couples.

The series ended with chapter 44 and it certainly wasn't what I would consider to be a "Perfect Married Life." Far from it. If I had known the plot twist the author would take half-way through the series, I wouldn't have bothered to read this at all. What started out with lots of potential (I liked Tracy a lot) went right down the tubes for me.
[spoiler]
It turns out that Rey has a secret: he has always believed that he is a woman trapped in a man's body. He only married Tracy to satisfy his parents. Tracy and Rey live as a married couple for 2 years (although they never consumate the marriage) until Rey's parents die in an accident. Rey then tells Tracy he wants a divorce and she discovers his secret. In the end Tracy still wants to be with Rey even after he has the surgery to become a "woman." The end.

The series icon is seriously misleading.
[spoiler]
There is never any mutual romance between Tracy and Rey. Tracy is head over heels with Rey, even after knowing his secret, but Rey never sees Tracy romantically. They are no more than friends. Or, more accurately, an angel (Tracy) and someone who is only concerned with himself (Rey). The comic ends with them moving to Europe together where Rey will get his surgery and Tracy will take care of him during his recovery, but we do not get to see what their life is like after they move.

I am no longer scanlating this series due to a DMCA from comico.jp.
However, I am posting chapter summaries on my website:

if you want to know what's going on.
This was so sweet and cute... but it's now devolved into the typical romcom with an annoying 3rd wheel love rival.
