I recommend several re-reads please. Everyone in this story is clearly lying. MC is an unreliable narrator, his memories are faulty, and he is doing weird shit in his sleep. Townspeople are sketch and going through things and keeping secrets. MC also dreamed of the townspeople doing something to him. Guwon is Guwon, dude is crazy we knew he was capable of brutality from the start. Does no one else think MC is super weird?

Jinwoo's an unreliable narrator, we're seeing things fom his pov so it makes that when he blacks out, we don't really know what happens in between. He might've led doc to his house while he was on autopilot
