I stopped reading this after Gyomei’s backstory, but went back again cause I couldn’t take the spoilers anymore :’) I can’t even wait for the said movie trilogy they’re gonna make huhu. DAMN CRYING MY BALLS OUT, correct me if I am wrong :’) that Yushiro is still alive even after the Taisho era damn broo that hurts seeing the people you’ve been with, died of old age then getting to see their descendants huhu probably a cycle that will continue till God knows when. Yushiro kept painting Tamayo until he’s slowly forgetting how she looks like </3 but he still continued to paint her. My man you are beyondddd just a Man, you are a Man definitely for a woman who deserves to be loved.
Can’t believe I had the guts to finish this manga despite stopping at a certain chapter :( the one that broke me so much was the three Ubuyashiki siblings, without their parents and two other siblings. The way they suppressed their emotions all the way to help and breaking down after the fight huhu bless their hearts.
Ive got so much to say, but imma stop before I make a whole damn essay about this :’)
This manga is one for the keeps and I love it so much (probably gonna buy the physical book some day when I can afford it because its worth for keeping in my shelf), one for the woman’s great work, they created one of the best manga and anime in this era.
