Idk what to feel about the novel tbh, but I know for sure that this is giving a slowburn after divorce and he respected most of her decisions which was different from other divorce manhwa novels Ive read
GURL I LET THIS SIT FOR 2 YEARS and it’s already 400+ in the Manhua, I couldn’t wait anymore before while it was 100+ so I read the novel and the only thing I remember about this was being sad over the death of the female lead’s childhood friend in the end damn I finished a thousand plus chapters of novel, I don’t even know If I still wanted to read the Manhua version
Im not really satisfied with how the story ended for Cain, but I felt like I understood why his story ended like that… He was stuck to the past of being a pet and following his master. Jooin let him go for him to be himself without a master and just him with a family. Honestly Im happy Jooin and Cain didn’t end together, but if Cain’s story ended like that, I just thought of it as an open ending to his new love for someone else.
