I might be wrong but I thought he was supposed to be a teenager. I don't want to take a look from the beginning but I feel like MC (who is in her 20s in her real world) notices he's an actual kid younger than her when she first meet him. That's backed by his childish behavior and innocence.

Perez is now taking actions to show his love for Tia and I can't wait to see more I'm so happy right now they were just kids when this story started but now, they've grown so much and starting their romantic relationship
