I think you guys really don't understand the definition of OMEGAVERSEs. Read the chapter where Ian came to find Noah and in it he LITERALLY described what they are like during their heats and ruts. Like animals. How many Omegaverses have you read?!? This a COMMON setting!!! This universe sets up these second genders with these EXACT attributes.
