I don't know how to feel about the way this ended.
Don't get me wrong i liked it, it just it feels unfinished in a way. Mitsuru came back and they were like "ok, you are back, i forgive you and everything is ok". They didn't address the things they should have (like the abuse). I don't know, i wish they would have talked about it a bit more.
I need to re-read it, maybe i missed something! ┑( ̄_ ̄)┍

nope you didn't miss anything. nothing real was really addressed- it was just white washed. i am kind of disappointed but at the same time i never really expected for the rape, the abuse or the uke's betrayal to be addressed or for any of the characters, especially the uke, to react like most people who have survived rape and abuse to react (although he didn't really think he was rape-another disappointing aspect of the manga)

i am glad you had a laugh but i was not saying that someone else can decide for you if you have been rape. there is a logical definition of rape (forcing a sexual act on someone either through the means of physical or psychological violence, threat of violence, etc) and an emotional one (feeling violated, used, dehumanized by someone forcing a sexual act on you). Personally i think the emotional one is more emotional. The uke didn't really feel violated, etc, he even felt bad for the seme but by the logical definition alone he definitely was raped.

I suppose, but the logical definition is only put into practice in court, outside court even the police just go by your word because rape is more of an emotional thing than a logical thing. If a cop sees what looks like a man being overly aggressive towards you for sex, they will ask if you're okay, but the man wont be arrested on rape charges unless you say you felt raped. Whether or not you were raped is up to you.
