I think he was more mad about THE WAY Takehisa told him.... I can't really explain it, but I'm sure we will see things wrapped up nicely in the next chapter.
I think the attempt at perverted bravado Takehisa was forcing himself to show while he was talking about it was what got to Yuu-chan. I think Yuu-chan noticed how rattled Takehisa was earlier and now he's furious, but really at the doctor rather than Takehisa. He's very observant, especially of Takehisa. So he probably also noticed that Takehisa was using it to test him, possibly as a way of distancing himself from his memories, but maybe a little bit because he's angry that Yuu-chan made him remember.
Next chapter the doc's probably gonna get a little visit. He'd better bloody not show up at the restaurant again.
