Is it weird that I feel so strongly attach to Zhishu? Like I'm starting to think he's real and I just feel bad when I see him. I hate Wenxu Jiang but it breaks my heart to see Zhishu regrets it whole. Like until his last breath, he will feel regretful (the good memories with Jiang doesn't matter anymore) and I just really feel so sad for Zhishu. He doesn't deserve this. I wish he will have a happy ending in his next life (tho I think I did see someone said that the author did make an extra?? of Zhishu in his next life??) Pls be happy, I'll always be in your side.

So seme and uke had a past life where they are master and servant. Seme was madly in love with uke and they had a relationship but seme had to marry a girl. He didnt want to but uke urged him. And they got married (i dun rmb if they still continued their relationship or not) but seme had to leave for some duty i think, and uke sent him off with a smile but uke was alrdy sick (same sickness of her mother who died) and when seme returned, uke was alrdy in death bed and thats they only time he was able to admit he loves seme then he died at seme's arms. Ofc seme was miserable after.. then i think it switched to present life.... which they are now living a happy life with 2 kids

This is the type of webtoon that makes u cringe the whole time but at the same time ur still intrigued what will happen. Like someone down there said, as long as you dun expect romance, this story is interesting. BUT WOW HERE I THOUGHT WENXU JIANG THE THE MOST HUMAN TRASH IVE SEEN, I SEE SOMEONE BEAT HIM LOL
But im glad i didnt. I cant get into it even after reading past 20 chapters. Skyler was a jerk. I was just skimming some chapters cause it felt like a chore to read but after chapter 30 something, it started to get better and his chara development improved, i like that. It made me a bit teary and i can now sympathize with skyler, cant believe that he became my most fav chara here. :)

Tbh, I’m honestly confused. It was jumping everywhere tbh, but in the beginning it was alright.... but, now, it just feels rushed and everywhere. I swear the author changed their past in the middle of the story.... good artist but.......... not the best story writer ;(

I loved "I'm Yours, blood and Soul" from this author and was so thrilled to read this one too because many people loved it and it was pretty popular, but I ended up not liking this story and was very confused the more I progressed. I was kinda disappointed, even though the art is really good ;;

i just finished chapter 46 myself, and i do agree with you that the pacing was off and so much was dedicated to the past and not enough to the present couple and their developments which felt very rushed. overall though i still liked the story and characters a lot especially sun hwa but the story felt a bit unsatisfying to me, i’m just glad they ended up together and happy still
