I love this story. To be honest I sometimes feel uncomfortable with male preg stories not because of the concept but because that specific manga makes it awkward but this one makes it so smooth that I completely forget that it is impossible in reality. I don't know how to explain it but the flow of the story is just perfect

I've been rereading the last 25 chapters or so anf I recalled that the Germa66 asked on the den den mushi (while pretending to be mama's pirates) if the strawhats are okay and the person who replied said that they escaped and then one of Sanji's brthers said something along the lines of "ready the ships" so I think they'll help the strawhats as a way to repay their debt for saving their lives. Sanji's family kinda grew on me (after being saved by the strawhats) so I hope they don't die.
The reason I think they can stop big mom even for a while is because they must be super strong (or have super strong tech from their experiences and all) because for a yonko like big mom to plan everything and plan to betray them just to get her hands on their tech (or bio weapons or whatever they do) is no joke. She is a yonko and has no time plotting to get something weak.
I think Luffy will awaken his devil fruit to defeat his opponent and it's be super epic since he has a bounty over twice as Luffy's and even bounty aside, he is obviously super strong (I think he is the strongest under big mom) so if Luffy defeats him we can finally say that Luffy is getting someone near a yonko (I know that it's still << yonko level) but being at the level of a yonko's right hand-man is awesome in its own.
anyway, I think we'll see Luffy awaken his DF powers and we'll see Germa66 saving the rest on the ship and they'll all escape together
I wonder if after 40 days he'll confess. If not, I'd be really disappointed.

first cousins marriage is legal in most countries and where I'm from it is completely normal and preferred by some families to conserve their traditions (as long as they don't have genetic diseases that can be transferred to their kids).
So if this is a story where uterus-equipped males get babies popping out of them, I don't see why "inbreeding" would be an issue

I agree with this!!!!!!!!!! Yuuichi is such a big ball of sunshine he doesn't need to be someone's substitute. Butttt it does feel like the author drew the kids that way for the story to go that way unfortunately - Ren and Yuuichi are only half-cousins they only share one grandparent so maybe it won't be an issue here. I still don't want though.
ah damn! You just had to disappoint me alpha guy! but I'm glad he is a fuck boi that way I can wholeheartedly support the beta over him. I was in quite the dilemma thinking both the beta and the alpha are good guys who both love an drespect the omega and it'll be heartbreakig regardless of whom he chooses but now we know the alpha is an asshole.
