I’m gonna recapitulate it just in case:
Jaehan (ML) once saw the director (can’t write his name for shxt) on TV and basically fell in love with him at first sight. But at the time, he just thought of it as a terrible feeling he needed to get rid of, so he set him up so cops would find him doing drugs at some party. So the director was jailed for it. When he got out, Jaehan decided to keep him around because that feeling that he didn’t realize was love, still persisted. So he pretended that them having sex was some sort of payment since he was “helping” him with his career after coming out of jail. Except that he was in fact attempting to sabotage it. Then he realized that he cared about him and truly wanted to see him succeed, but the director found out that he’d been the one who set him up to be sent to prison so their relationship ended.
Last time they had sex, the director told him that he was doing that again as a form of payment (the “hwade” he mentioned) and that hurt Jaehan’s feelings, though he still went along with it because he now knows he’s in love with him. So now as you can see, the comment section is rampant with people hoping that he won’t say this is hwade again.
