Why does the MC randomly have powers to see status boxes? That is the weirdest part of this whole story. It just feels shoehorned in with no rhyme or reason.
Like I get its because of the drugs he was forced to take but then wouldn't everyone who did that drug have the same power, and so the effect should be common knowledge and people know how he knows what he knows? Why does the drug even do that and what other drugs do that in this universe?
Like it just feels like a piece of plot from another story that got slapped on a crimelord/enslaved omegaverse.
