Because it seems like Aslan has some type of sickness that renders him weak and unable to do anything grand.
Can't deny that Aslan did assign the best guards to his family(too bad, they were easily tackled by some random? Villains)but considering the authority/power his family has and the situation the uke's family is going through in the current scenario, I expected to see some more efforts, more desperations from his end(till to this ep, am only getting a silent spectator vibe off him). I felt that his efforts are still lacking and he needs to be more active. It's not only the success that matters but the amount of effort/desperation matters too. After all, "desperation is nothing but unconditional LOVE in its purest form". Agree? no? Okay.

I like everything about it but the horn on the forehead is ruining it for me. I can't unsee it and is making me anxious. Hope it disappears later in the story.
